Summit 2027
Two days. Two stages. 20 categories of sports solutions, from load monitoring and optical tracking to recovery, medicine, nutrition and athlete data. All presented in short, sharp talks to a room full of the people who use them: performance, medical and sporting directors, heads of sports science, performance and video analysts, data scientists, nutritionists, strength and conditioning coaches, club and federation decision-makers, and more.

Straight to the Point.
Every talk is 12 minutes, grouped in 75-minute category blocks, so a performance lead who comes for load monitoring stays for the whole block, and every vendor in it presents to a relevant, engaged room rather than a churning one.
Slot mechanics
20 Categories, 1 Stack
Each category gets its own 75-minute block. Blocks are allocated first come, first served. Five speaking slots each, and once a block is full, it is full.
2 Days, Wall to Wall
17 Category blocks scheduled so far, 11 of 85 talk slots taken, 7 more on hold. Blocks are added and filled as Solution Providers confirm.

Slots are allocated per Category: one block per category, five talks per block. Early conversations get first choice of stage, block and stand position.

All rates plus VAT. Exhibition spaces are deliberately minimal, a pop-up and a table rather than a built stand, so the money goes on being in front of the right room rather than on the furniture. Larger footprints on request.

The room is the point. Passes are held back by type so the floor stays balanced between the people buying, the people advising and the people building.

The dates are locked: 23–24 March 2027, and so is the city: London. The building is being finalised, and everyone who has registered interest hears first.
